Steamers and Cone winders.
During a recent service stop we asked the client about the system they use to steam their products. We watched and learned. It turned out to be a time consuming, laborious, 5 step procedure to get these products finished. We were able to save them a lot of time and labour by setting them up with 2 Belfast Mini Mills Steamers and 2 Belfast Mini Mills Conewinders reducing the steps to only 1 and increasing production at the same time. They were very excited.

Many clients find a niche product within a short period of time. A good example would be a Mill we set up years ago to process multiple fibers. They found they only wanted to process true 2 coat fibers. We gladly exchanged their Small Fiber Separator for a Large Fiber Separator which doubled the production. They also found they were spinning mostly very fine yarns. We could see they needed to exchange their existing Regular Spinner for a Lace Weight Spinner. This gave them more production and higher quality fine yarns.
